Our story began in 1987 under the name Golden Island, with a single vehicle and a straightforward commitment: move every guest safely and with confidence. Over the decades, the family operation built its experience along the Singapore–Malaysia corridor and earned the trust of travellers, families and corporate clients.
When the second generation took over, the business entered a more structured chapter. Operating systems were strengthened, service standards were documented and the company expanded beyond transport into licensed travel services.
In 2018, the operation was incorporated as HG Travel & Tour Sdn. Bhd. The company name changed; the accumulated experience, relationships and responsibility continued.
